Liked:The manager was helpful

Disliked:Only 1 elevator worked and then that elevator broke down and had to walk up stairs to 8th floor. It was finally fixed, however, we never knew if the elevator would work or not. There were only 2 luggage carts for the whole building and when we needed them they could not be found. No one offered to help us with our luggage.

Liked:The breakfast was satisfying, and the staff were very friendly

Disliked:The pillows felt like popcorn. The furniture is chipped and old. The rugs seemed dirty. The hallways felt ancient. An overall disappointing stay for a Hilton.
