One thing after another......

Liked:The size of the 2bed/2 bath suite was incredibly big. The hot chocolate packets were also really good

Disliked:I had to wait and hour an a half to check into the suite. (unacceptable) because they stated it was still dirty. Only to get into the the room for it to be dirty. When we arrived back from our event we attended, the bathtub shower was broken, so a maintenance man had to come up and fix that. Finally get in the bed for that too to be uncomfortable. But I really trying to see the beauty in it all. However, I will NERVER stay here again.

The beds were comfortable and the young lady at the desk was very nice and helpful.

Liked:Convenient to union station. The breakfast buffet had great choices and was hot.

Disliked:There was a sticky bathroom floor, limited hot water, no cups in the room, the only ice machine was on the 18th floor and the reusable bottle filler did not work.

Do not waste your money!

Liked:Holiday Inn Express Downtown Denver. Since being downtown there was an insane amount of police, ambulance and traffic noise. The room was very small, the bathroom need to ave the door open for every shower or it would be so hot and humid. Our room was extremely warm and when we informed the front desk, they placed a window fan on our table as a fix. The price is over 200.00 a night plus a daily charge for damages fee. This is poor management for the price they offer. Plus your vehicle needs to be parked for you for the fee of 51.00 dollars a day. This is ridiculous! July30,26-August 1. So disappointed!
