Nice and enjoyable but too expensive.

Liked:The breakfast in the lobby was delicious with plenty of hot coffee. Most of the staff were nice and helpful. A few others need to be trained better and try to smile. Our room was not cleaned or replenished once during our three night stay. Had to hunt down towels and glasses. Valet guys were great. Parking prices were ridiculous. Room was comfortable but the daily rate was absurd. Rooftop was great!

Liked:So nice and clean. The staff were excellent, and the facilities were great.

Disliked:I don’t like the location very much. I thought it would be closer to shops and restaurants, but we had to take an Uber most places. We walked to a couple of places, but they were good 30 min–45 min walks.

Liked:Clean overall.

Disliked:Room AC did not work, hotel tried to find another room that had better AC but seemed to be a hotel wide issue. Some of the staff was not very friendly. Beds were lofted very strangely that made it different to get around the rooms. Location was in RINO but far from the main attractions.
