Liked:How updated the hotel is. Looking right at the beach from the balcony

Disliked:I didn’t like the fact that housekeeping told me they only speak Spanish I also didn’t like the fact that I had a 15.00 credit and I had to go to front desk to ask them why I did not get it. Only to b told they didn’t give it to me because I wasn’t charged for the resort fee. However I was charged the resort fee and had to go back inside before leaving to let them know so I could be credited the 15.00 Really disliked that part

Nice location and hotel had a good time

Liked:The location was perfect and the hotel very nice and clean The staff were friendly and attentive. Whatever we requested was quickly taken care of. The beach was right there

Disliked:Wish the restaurant had more of a range of menu and prices. It was expensive but the buffet breakfast was very good

Would have preferred free parking, while paying 745.00 for two night including valet parking

Liked:Nice, clean and great location

Disliked:Valet parking at 40 dollars a night plus tax. They don’t have free parking and every time you wanted to go out, you had to wait for your car. So many people checking or out left the area full of cars and you had to wait to get your car and wait to get out. The drinks and food was very costly and not that good.
