Pleasant stay in a good location

Liked:Overlooking Daytona beach, hotel was clean, staff was friendly and efficient. Main interior spaces were well kept up and attractive.

Disliked:The room had seen better days as has the exterior of the hotel. I was told the hotel was under new management and will be refreshed, unfortunately our stay was before.
