The outside of the property is dated, which impacts the overall cleanliness perception.
The owner was responsive and addressed issues promptly.
While right on the beach, the surrounding area was described as sketchy.
The inside is newly remodeled and very nice, but the bed quality could be better for older guests.
The swimming pool and kitchenette were appreciated, enhancing the stay.
Considered fair, but expect older facilities for the price.
