I really enjoyed our stay, the room was very nice and Juliya was super nice and helpful!

Liked:The room itself was very nice! It was very clean, cozy and had everything we could need. It was super nice to have a balcony over looking the ocean! The host takes very good care of it!

Disliked:The water was turned off in the building for half a day while we stayed, so there was no place to use the restroom , and the hallway on the floor we stayed smelled strongly of smoke.

Excellent experience all around.

Liked:We had a fantastic stay at this condo! The space was spotlessly clean, modern, and looked exactly like the photos. The location was perfect—close enough to walk to local shops and restaurants, but quiet enough for a great night's sleep. The check-in process was seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Okay.

Liked:The beach location, the large TV with the laminated channel guide for the TV, the comfort of the bed, the door code versus having to use a key.

Disliked:The information given for the Wi-Fi was incorrect, so we could barely get anything online until mid week when we ran into another person down in the laundry area and we asked her about the Wi-Fi and she told us we were using the wrong login (which we were using the one that is listed on the instruction piece of paper by the TV). THEN using the correct login she told us to use, it was perfect. That was a waste of time. Secondly the hallway (and we were on second floor) smelled like an ashtray the whole time and I don’t mean an ashtray, I mean, hundreds of ashtrays. Horrible smelling. Thirdly, the refrigerator does not work at all. We used the instructions you told us (which was to not cover up the vent) and that did not help. The freezer made everything so hard you could barely eat an ice cream bar (it was like concrete) but the food in the fridge was lukewarm. We ended up throwing most of it away because we were afraid to eat it. Refrigerator is cute and turquoise, but it needs to be replaced. ASAP.
