Disliked:The room had a horrible smell . I called back the next day and the gentleman on the phone was super ruined . Was left on hold multiple times and had to call back .

Overpriced, Low quality, Bad staff, Dirty pool, Would not recommend

Liked:The location was great for me. It was close to the things I went to Dallas for.

Disliked:The Pool was dirty! The remote seemed like it had previously been taped and someone removed the tape leaving a sticky residue. I was charged a pet fee for my service animal. When I called to request a refund the staff was rude. And the manager was very difficult to reason with. The breakfast was horrible uncooked pancakes from the pancake maker. The choices were making a sausage biscuit w gravy. A egg taco with un melted cheese. Oatmeal, some pastries, bagels. I would not recommend this location and parking is almost nonexistent.
