Great Hospitality. Clean Gorgeous rooms. Wonderful Spa

Liked:Great hospitality. I booked a King room and had a recurring issue with the toilet, which would not flush or work. After an attempted maintenance fix, I called the front desk, and they were able to switch me to a Joule Suite. The toilet could've made my weekend a disaster, but the front desk handled it like pros. Also, little things, like calling me by my last name, made me feel like a welcomed guest at the hotel. The Spa was amazing. I had a great massage, enjoyed a wonderful time in the pool, and enjoyed the amenities. The food at the restaurant hotel, CBD Provisions, was underwhelming, but the bartender took care of me. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would stay again!

Great night at Sasetta

Liked:Special thanks to our server Jessica E and the staff at Sasetta! We only had about a hour to celebrate my friend’s birthday before a show we were going to. Jessica gave us amazing service got us our meals in great time and helped us with a birthday cake we brought in. The food was amazing. I had the pappardelle. Everybody was happy and full and we made it to our show early. Thank you Jessica!!!!
