Poor service, noisy due to thin walls, poor breakfast, great spa and gym facilities

Disliked:Loads of room order trays outside of our door and others doors around our room when we checked in. Asked twice for them to be cleaned during the day and the staff thought the best time to clean up was 1:30 in the morning which woke me up as the doors and walls were paper thin, which brings me to second point - generally noisy due to paper thin walls and also constantly hearing steps in the room above us - if you're staying in this hotel bring ear plugs! Breakfast exceptionaly busy and below average quality.
