Liked:Was left waiting to check in, I had driven 6 hours and was 10 pm so I was tired and just wanted to get to a room to shower and sleep

Disliked:Bath leaked and I had to mop the floor and light / fan in the bathroom didn’t work. Mirrors were dirty I cleaned with a towel. It was very late and I had to head for a conference early morning so went to bed. Advised them in the morning. Would t have stayed a second night. Extra £5 parking per night.

Liked:Staff were helpful and polite. Lovely Lady in the bar/waitress. Clean. Friendly

Disliked:Paying for parking while we stayed there.The room was quite warm over night and the windows couldn't be opened.
