Liked:Size of room.

Disliked:No dressing table or place to sit and do hair/make up. Bathroom v grubby. One packet of biscuits (containing 3 small biscuits) between 2 people, and literally one tea bag of normal tea per person! Cooked breakfast stone cold. Awful scrambled egg.

Decent hotel, but a bit dated and getting there on a match day is a challenge

Liked:Decent hotel, we've got a spacious family room which could fit 2 adults and 3 kids and that was key decision factor, located in a stadium, massive shopping mall 5 minute walk, decent breakfast

Disliked:The hotel is a bit dated, watch out for game days as we couldn't even park at the hotel and had to wait for the game to finish, there was loud music from the bar downstairs till late night

Disliked:Rooms very difficult to get to. London prices in restaurants and bars. Bathroom had random hairs on furniture Not somewhere to stay before a Coventry fc home game For the price this is an expensive 3 star

Enjoyed our stay, staff at reception very friendly and helpful, breakfast staff helpful friendly

Liked:Facilities provided in the bedrooms, cleanliness, iron and ironing board, t/c station, style of the rooms. Buffet breakfast was good.

Disliked:The flashing neon promo board at entrance very bright and coming through the curtains. Not baby friendly.
