Nice hotel with a good breakfast

Liked:We booked this hotel to explore the east of Vancouver island. It is quite well located to go on day trips to Campbell River or to different beaches. The breakfast had a surprisingly big variety and our kids loved the pool. Good value for money!

Disliked:It is easy to access via car, but not a very beautiful location to explore the area and walk around.

Over good stay

Liked:Good location and comfortable, clean air-conditioned room.

Disliked:The only down fall was the keriug machines didn't work for morning coffee in the room. First one was broken, and the replacement wouldn't pump the water through.

Nice hotel but needed more clarification on the billing and cleaning could have been better.

Liked:The hotel was nice

Disliked:I did not like the way the charges were split into 2 bills. I signed a form when we checked in and got 2 emails with separate charges. It was confusing. We have stayed at this hotel for the past three years. It is convenient and we like it. It is confusing when the charges are split into two charges! The bathroom had someone else’s hair on the shower and floor. It could have been cleaned better. I had to call the front desk for more amenities. This is a nice hotel but lacked a few things.
