Nice stay and they made some adjustments to our bill due to some inconvenience. Nice gym

Disliked:The construction of the appt is on the cheap side so you can your neighbors upstairs walking and up and down. We choose a room with a jacuzzi and if the neighbors use it, it can get pretty loud.

We were pleasantly surprised.

Liked:Location was close to all services in Courtenay. Cabin was on the Golf Course. Dining room was excellent. Fitness room was well located with plenty of equipment

Unpleasant due to dog smell in the room.

Disliked:We were put in a dog room so it smelled and the floors were sticky. Plus the bathroom fan was falling out of the roof. Disappointing for what we paid!
