Mixed bag

Liked:Good breakfast. Effective air con. Comfortable beds.

Disliked:Gave us a double when we booked a twin, then we had to wait.in bar while they changed the room. Leaking pipe in bathroom. Long stairs too and from metro with broken escalators.

Awesome stay

Liked:The staff were very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable and appreciated. The breakfast was great and location was awesome too.

Disliked:The car park. Very expensive, stank to high heaven and very narrow going in and out.

Easy to locate on exit from new E line on the metro

Liked:Room was very spacious and very clean, hotel within easy walking distance of metro , quick check in and check out.

Disliked:Room was above rail line and motorway through the area. Room was close to elevators and they were extremely noisy in my room.
