If a request cant be honored notification needs to be made ahead of time for reservation and travel

Liked:The breakfast was excellent. Food was hot and appeared fresh.

Disliked:Request was made of handicap for stairs requested 1st floor. Did not check messages to see mine. Upon checking she did see the message. But no 1st floor rooms. Was dangerous for me to maneuver the stairs. Coffee was not strong enough. Can always make it weaker but cant make it any stronger.
