Undesirable.

Disliked:The floor in our room was very wet from moisture in the room. Linoleum AND the carpet were VERY wet, our socks were instantly soaked! It smelled very bad! It was very nasty.

Ugly face....!

Liked:Everything except for the last night too our 4night stay. they kicked us out due to false accusations of smoking in the room with no refund and that was the last of my money.

Disliked:The Mexican lady that kept calling herself stupid face ..and also the fact she kicked out the wrong customers ...

BEST FAMILY FRIENDLY HOTEL

Liked:Exceptional stay! Family friendly! We loved the option of 3 queen beds in a very large spacious room with a full-size refrigerator! The heated pool was amazing. Breakfast is your average hotel food, but good none the less. Friendly staff. Overall, it's the best hotel we've been to in Omaha. We will be back and will recommend it to others.

Disliked:Can't say I can find anything we didn't like. Only thing is finding it. It's right next to the Mariott and you have to pay attention to the signage. It doesn't say Red Roof on the building.
