Liked:Perfect location, family friendly, accommodating, but the best part were the staff. The staff were so nice and there for everything we needed. Special thank you to Daniel for always making sure I was okay and there was a man who was at front desk one night I didn't get his name but he was really lovely and sweet, looked after us.

Disliked:We were situated above the inside pool so it sometimes was a bit too loud. We had family stay on the sofa bed and they said it was very hot in that side of the room even with the air-conditioning they were still very hot in there.

Good stay overall but apartment complex needs improvement on housekeeping and maintenance.

Liked:Location of apartments were good and central close to all amenities. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was spacious for the 5 of us 2 adults & 3 kids 10, 12 & 3. Food at the restaurant and pool bar was lovely and very reasonably priced. Great facilities for kids with lovely sized main pool and baby pool albeit can be quite cold and salty which can hurt your eyes. Complex also has bowling facility , play center , pool tables nd tennis courts all reasonably priced and great addition to keep kids occupied.

Disliked:Cleansiness of resort was marginal. When we first arrived to apartment we had to request for the fridge to be replaced as there was hair in the freezer department. Counch and cushions in living area were badly stained and some bed linen had stains which we also reported. Corridors and glass panels including windows were very dirty nd never cleaned for the 8 days we were there. Cutlery and tablewear was min and not enough for 5 ppl.Pool area also could do with good cleaning as tissues left lieing around after area power hosed. Floors were lifting in areas including reception and apartment. Overall this resort needs to review it's housekeeping procedures and maintenance and if they got the basic things correct and improved the appearance and cleansiness we would have no problem recommending it to others.
