Good hotel with excellent food choice.

Liked:A lovely hotel with friendly staff and excellent choice of food.all hot and well displayed. No issues with getting serviced at any of the bars. Cleaning staff work very hard and keep everything immaculate. Towels changed daily. Lovely lunch in the Tapas restaurant. Would have been 5 stars but due to the shower flooding the bathroom floor awarded 4. When I removed the shower trap it was full with hair (neither of us have long hair) once I had cleaned this out the shower drained. I did report to maintenance using the App. Also the mini bar was not stocked one day and I had to phone reception. They did come straight away and restock it. A lovely hotel and would return.

Incredible stay - ignore any bad reviews

Liked:Really good all inclusive and a really rewarding experience Came here end of July with my girlfriend and we had such an amazing time. Drinks are amazing, table service in the evening, large range of cocktails. Beers and wines are really good too. Johnny Walker and Chivas Regal as their whisky was also very impressive. Food was amazing. Buffet was one of the best we’ve been too. Great selection, and stuff for every palate. Italian was also great Architecture was really good and i loved the story of the hotel and the artist who help design it. It had real class about it without feeling snobby. Evening entertainment was so brilliant. Especially when the rock bands were playing. Service was fantastic. Yousef was always amazing. However, all staff work very hard and make the hotel great. Especially who I assume was the general manager who told me he loves his Yorkshire puddings in East Sussex ahaha. Such a relaxing week we were very sad to go. Will definitely go to Paradisus again
