Friendly staff, close to metro line, fun entertainment

Liked:The property was extremely fun for families. Close to a metro to get into town. The staff went above and beyond when the airport lost our bags to help us. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Liked:Great hotel! There were many events going on when we got there but the reception desk helped us as efficiently and nicely as possible. We just stayed there 1 evening before our cruise, but the facilities were clean and modern. Lots of activities to entertain my 2 young boys and the breakfast was phenomenal. We got there via public transport and it’s not terribly far from the nearest metro but could be a challenge for those who may be a bit more physically impaired unless you use a cab/ride share service. Huge mall and many restaurants around but far from attractions (which was fine for us since it was a stopover). Would absolutely stay again!
