Comfortable and clean in a central location

Liked:This apartment was a great find in a central part of Copenhagen. I liked how close it was to the metro and many of the spots we planned on visiting. I didn’t find the area too loud despite its proximity to restaurants and shopping. The sofa bed was comfortable for my 11 and 13 year old kids to share, as was the main bed. This was a comfortable place to come back to at the end of a busy day. The pictures and written description were a perfect representation of what to expect.

Lovely city and lovely helpful people.

Liked:Good location near to Radhus , metro, Tivoli, Stroget and Christianborg Palace ,bars and restaurants .Large property.

Disliked:We were only advised after booking about potential street noise and to bring ear plugs. Work going on in the apartment next door. The lobby and staircase needed decorating, not a good first impression. The apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift, 63 quite steep stairs. There was no bath mat and only one small bath towel per person,I am only 5 foot 1 and the towel didn't reach my knees. Not sure if there was a microwave and although there was a dishwasher there was no washing liquid to wash dishes in the sink. Have to take out your own rubbish. 500 DKK for early check in so used Luggage Hero that was in the shop nextdoor. The keys are in a lock box on a bicycle rack, not sure why the lock box can't be outside the main door. A city map in the apartment would also be useful,we don't all use smartphones. The bathroom was quite small and not luxurious. Saying all of that it didn't spoil our stay.
