Modern space in a great location

Liked:This is a modern and convenient upscale business hotel with a pleasant decor in a great location which I find better than a hotel right in the city center. Its most striking feature is the entrance and the reception & bar area wich feels very welcoming. A special nod to the lady in charge of the bar in the evening.

Disliked:To most guests this probably won't matter, but I did not appreciate that not all of reception staff can speak Danish. As an expatriate Dane who returns every few years however, it is clearly a trend that applies to a lot of service staff in a city, which is getting increasingly cosmopolitan. For foreigners it's great that everybody speaks English.

Enjoyed the location; great bars and restaurants around. Lived too much out of suitcase.

Liked:Great location; nice rooftop bar; very good housekeeping

Disliked:Bed was a bit uncomfortable; no real desk-just a table; inadequate storage for two persons staying a week

Perfect location & stay to visit Copenhagen!

Liked:Location was perfect ! Walked along the canal from the hotel was ideal! Concierge Janni was so so helpful! Bar staff was great! Room was spacious, amenities, view of the harbor and the bed was comfy.

Disliked:not much, only that we did not experience the restaurant on the other side was closed on our last night (sunday)

We had 24 hours in Copenhagen and this hotel was in the perfect spot to enjoy the lovely city.

Liked:Breakfast was exceptional. We loved the Rooftop bar with the beautiful vistas and the lovely hostesses.

Disliked:We loved the concierge service lady. She directed us to a wonderful lunch spot that we would have never found.
