Great hotel with excellent breakfast to stay in Copenhague - but not perfect

Liked:I travelled with my family to Copenhague and booked 1 night in 3 rooms of the hotel. The location of Scandic Webers is perfect, within walking distance of the train station and the city center. The hotel is comfortable, clean and the facilities are reasonably updated. The standard rooms are small but perfect for our needs, cozy and comfortable. The bed was quite good and with the additional pillow we were able to get a good rest. I recommend to get breakfast if you stay there because I think it was the best part of the hotel. Excellent!! In summary a great place to stay in Copenhague.

Disliked:However, even though my experience was overall excellent, there was a situation that pretty much ruined my stay at Scandic Webers. After leaving the hotel, our flight and arriving home, we realized that we had lost a pair of Apple Airpods in the lobby of the hotel. Easy to identify because they were labellel. I contacted the hotel using the Booking messaging platform and the personnel at the front desk that answered the messsage confirmed that they had found them. I was sooo happy... They told me that the would arrange the return through Faundit. However, days passed and noboday contacted me. After 5 days and my constant messaging, someone answered saying that there had been a missunderstanding and now the can not find my lost Airpods... they had lost them!!! What a disappointment!! I can' bealive this happened! No more information was given to me. In any case, this just ruined my experience at Scandic Webers. I am aware that is situation is not indicative of the quality of the hotel but I thought I would share just in case someone finds it useful. Regards.
