Below Expectations for the Price

Liked:The stay was disappointing overall. While the room itself was adequate, there were several issues that detracted from the experience. Upon arrival, basic amenities such as soap and tea bags were missing from the room. The QR code provided for contacting the hotel did not work, and when I tried to obtain the missing items, I was asked to come downstairs myself rather than having them brought to the room. This was particularly frustrating because I was dealing with a knee injury at the time. In addition, there were recurring banging noises that affected the comfort of the stay. None of these issues alone would have ruined the visit, but together they gave the impression of a lack of attention to guest comfort and service. I expected a better experience for the price paid.
