Great location, spacious room, and a very comfortable stay.

Liked:I really loved the location, especially being right next to the train station, which made getting around Copenhagen very convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I also really liked the decor.

Disliked:There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like. We had a very pleasant stay.

Great location and nice rooms.

Liked:Location is great, near Metro station that goes straight to the airport and the central. The neighbourhood is nice.

Disliked:The room could be cleaned better. The walls behind the bed were really dusty. The shower smelled if the drain was dry. The bed was ok but it was a bit noisy when moving in it. My family had three rooms and the difference between them was bit much f.eks. only one room had the possibility to make coffee. The bar was understaffed so the waiting was long.

Very comfortable hotel on the metro perfect for visiting Copenhagen

Liked:Very handy location with a car park and several metro lines close to the hotel. It is very handy to visit Copenhagen Breakfast is lovely with a large choice Staff is nice and helpful We took a junior suite to feel comfortable with my daughter. It was nice, large and clean with two bathrooms. Views on Copenhagen were great from the room too.

Disliked:Very little space to have breakfast (we had to wait for a table). It wasn’t convenient because we had a visit planned in the morning.

Liked:We had a wonderful experience during our stay at Scandic! From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptionally helpful, welcoming, and attentive to all our needs. A special highlight for us was the amazing kids' play area—our 2-year-old absolutely loved it and stayed entertained the entire time. It makes such a difference for families traveling with little ones when a hotel goes above and beyond to be truly child-friendly.

Disliked:The standard check-in was only available from 16:00, which felt a little late in the day, and there were additional charges if you wanted an early check-in.
