Liked:The room was clean and well maintained.

Disliked:What I didn’t like was that the hotel tried to sell me an additional room package. When I did not choose it, they gave us a room on the 1st floor, even though the building has around 15–20 floors. This felt disappointing and not very guest-friendly.

Ok place, but I wouldn't repeat it

Liked:I liked the location of the hotel and the building itself.

Disliked:The bed was not comfy, we only had 2 cushions that were very thin (so it was like sleeping without them), and the bed was hard. Also, there was no fridge in the room, which we would have appreciated. Finally, in the early morning, there was too much light on, so it was difficult to sleep, as we know the light problems in Scandinavia during Spring/Summer months.

Liked:Location was excellent. Room ready on arrival. Helpful reception staff

Disliked:Room floor was dirty. Two days in a row housekeeping removed our towels and didn’t replace them. Room very hot and air conditioning didn’t work
