Liked:Great location! We walked everywhere, hitting six miles one day. We were happy with the superior suite room, could see that the standard rooms were smaller. Restaurant Donna looked and smelled very good though we ate at one of the sister locations that was fine too. Bathroom was small but all functioned fine. Location, location, location was key

Disliked:A little pricey, but glad we stayed here. Probably would again

Wes Anderson movie hotel

Liked:The hotel was like something out of a Wes Anderson movie. You feel like your are on a movie set. The location was great, you can reach nearly everywhere by a short walking or a couple of metro stations. The standard room was comfortable enough, it fulfills your basic needs. The room was also quieter than I thought even it is located in the city center. The staff was polite and helpful. Last night we did not make a reservation to the restaurant but they helped as much as they could. So my general experience was good.

Disliked:The sink in the bathroom was so tiny. And also I would expect a shower door instead of a curtain in the shower.

Lovely hotel, good location but unhappy about extra payment charges on check in

Liked:Lovely style and decorations, beds super comfortable and luxury toiletries provided too. Good location for walking or hopping on the metro.

Disliked:No tea and coffee facilities in the room. Quite warm too as no AC. On the evening we were going to have a drink in the bar but staff were too busy with the restaurant and didn’t come to serve us. After a long wait we left. Also be aware of extra charge for using a non Danish credit or debit card. This is on top of the price shown by Booking.com despite it stating includes all tax and fees.
