A stylish, well-designed hotel with spacious, fully equipped rooms, extremely helpful staff, and a perfect location just

Liked:The hotel is exceptionally strong in terms of design, you immediately notice the careful attention to detail as soon as you enter. The staff are extremely helpful, even assisting with planning your daily activities. The rooms are very spacious. Compared to many European hotels, everything is highly organized, and each room has everything you could possibly need. The location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk from the train station, yet you can enjoy beautiful walks to nearby areas. We didn’t get to use the sauna and pool, but they’re definitely on our list for next time.

Clean and comfortable room

Liked:Clean and comfortable room. Well furnished and big. The location is good, walking distance from Copenhagen railway station. They allowed early check-in.

Disliked:Breakfast didn’t have much options. No moisturiser in room. When you wait in the lobby (before check-in or after check-out), drinking water should be freely available. Overall, the facilities were not that great if you consider the price.

Liked:The style of the architecture, the facilities, the staff - particularly in the restaurant at breakfast, the food, and the proximity to central Copenhagen.

Disliked:We should have asked to change rooms after the first night because our room overlooked the train lines into the central station. The noise from the trains kept waking my wife throughout the night.
