Excellent staff. The kids loved the swimming.

Liked:Your staff was exceptional. Once I asked about the swimming pool for my grandkids and the desk assistant walked me to the pool. Another time, another staff member helped me buy tickets for a museum. I also loved the system to leave luggage and your breakfast was amazing.

We’ll be back. Great value for Copenhagen

Liked:Fabulous, close to station but what really made it was the two friendly gentlemen at reception. So pleasant arriving in a new country at close on midnight to be greeted by such a friendly and caring pair. Really enjoyed chatting to them. Comfortable, quiet room. Lovely bar and communal area. Bonus if swimming pool, gym and a stupendous breakfast in a modern medieval banqueting hall.
