Cancellation

Important Information
Our property does not accommodate guests under the age of 18 in the capsules. Guests under 18 are welcome to stay in our private rooms when accompanied by a legal guardian. For check-ins with arrival after midnight, you are welcome to call the number posted on the reception door. Maximum length of stay: guests are permitted to stay a maximum of 14 consecutive days at our property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
