Beautiful, peaceful and relaxing

Liked:A beautiful hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The facilities are excellent. Very quiet and romantic. Would definitely recommend

Disliked:The pillows originally on the bed were quite flat and lumpy, but luckily there were options for other pillows so we could change them

A nice hotel, spacious and clean rooms, great breakfast but problems with handling the reservations

Liked:A very nice hotel, beautifully decorated and clean rooms, great breakfast.

Disliked:There is a serious problem with the way reservations are handled. If you need to extend your stay or make any changes to an existing booking, you may receive conflicting information from the reception desk and rarely get a clear answer. The staff seem unable to properly manage or modify reservations in advance, and room availability often has to be checked day by day. Even when an arrangement appears to have been confirmed, there is no guarantee that it has actually been entered into the system. The whole process can be unnecessarily stressful and confusing. There seems to be a serious lack of coordination between the reception desk and the booking system, which is particularly problematic when dealing with something as basic as extending an existing stay. Last but not least, most bathrooms have small mirrors set quite far back, combined with poor lighting, which makes everyday tasks like shaving quite difficult. This is one area that could definitely be improved.
