Liked:Easy to find, clean, well located and modern. Great outside terrace to use as a guest.

Disliked:The corridors and outside of our room had no charm, felt like in a bunker. Bed was very Small and no bodylotion available

Liked:We stayed as a family, The size of the room for 4 persons could be better, but the rest are grant. Very accessible to Metro station and the best idea for breakfast having to go to coffee shop was great. Love it! Thanks

Liked:The place is cozy, clean and stylish. The check-in and check-out are easy thanks to the automated process in WhatsApp. I also like the Bob W brand design and general balance between a hotel and a hostel.

Disliked:We lacked a dish drainer in the kitchenette and the waste sorting facility. In another Boob W in Helsinki we had a dishwasher, but this one in Copenhagen missed it. Also, it was quite hot in the room and there was no A/C. We reached out to the support for help, but at some point we realized it was an AI bot.
