Very comfortable and pleasant.

Liked:A very communal reception area where you could pick up a free coffee or enjoy just sitting around. Room was very quiet. It didnt't take too long to get into the centre of Copenhagen either by train or walking.

Disliked:Hotel first impression A Boutique look but in my opinion this is where Boutique should not be used beyond this description Up to room corridors to clinical in white with white room doors tried to be funky with large room numbers at an angle on entering room not Boutique vibe at all re a few lamps around room one in which fixed to dest obscured good part of TV screen some lamps did not work Bed to close to wall and Radiator could hardly get into bed Poor sleeps due to pillow issues very flat had to use the many Cushions in bed as pillows this again to create Boutique vibe I realised if other guests have used the pillows this is not hygienic as would not be laundered a lot Toile basic ok Milton Brown Toiletries but who cares again A USP playing on Boutique Room Shower Screen to narrow water all over floor a simple Curtain would make shower more usefull Laminate floor basic covered in Obviously rubber marks from chair etc moving looked grubby. Lift out order one day 8am till 1 pm not good as my partner bad in climbing stairs we were on 4th Floor room 73 incase this room is checked out to justify my points.Hotel been better staying as Good 3 Star and reduce Cost per night that's I think what it Merits all in all bit deflated at Standards looked for bit more Detail for better stay even Wall paper on feature wall in Room torn shabby

Great Hotel

Liked:Great location close to Metro/Rail station. Rooms are sublime, really comfortable, Nespresso machine and Molton Brown toiletries. Nice ambience in the bar/breakfast area. Excellent breakfast, lots of choice and all good quality. Value for money, considering the quality of the product. You also have the option to opt out of room cleaning in exchange for goodies. Biscuits and toffees on the landings as a reward for using the stairs. Love the enormous bears and baby bear in the lounge area, sad to leave them. Would love to stay here again. Best hotel ever.
