Love the Adina - will always try and stay in them wherever we go

Liked:Excellent hotel with great facilities and location. Very spacious room with all we could have needed. Also very quiet at night.

Disliked:We had a problem with the bath drain that was slow draining and a bit smelly. Unfortunately, despite reporting it several times, it was not fixed during our stay.

Pleasant stay but not as clean as it should have been.

Liked:The breakfast was OK but not amazing, the check in and out was smooth and as expected and the room size was quite large. There were power sockets on either side of the bed.

Disliked:The room wasn't as clean as I would have expected, there were hairs in the bathroom, the rooms were slightly dated and when we arrived past midnight the room was freezing due to the air conditioning being on maximum.

Disappointed only with the dryer

Liked:the staff was friendly; the room was well-appointed and comfortable. Luggage storage was fantastic.

Disliked:we booked an apartment rather than a studio because we needed to do laundry. We were out and about most of the day so began laundry late afternoon. The washing machine was fine; unfortunately, the rubber seal around the dryer door was ragged and did not fit; so, of course, it did not hold the heat in. Each load took a long time to dry. When we discovered the problem, we brought it to the attention of the Front Desk; she offered to find us a room to move to but that would have taken even longer. To us, this ragged seal should have been noted by the staff prior to allowing a new guest to check in.

Liked:We stayed in a double room at the Adina Hotel, and it was simply perfect. There were two spacious rooms and a fully equipped kitchen that had absolutely everything, including a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. It really felt like a small apartment. The kitchen had clean dishes and all kinds of things we hadn’t even thought we might need. The place was pleasant, the location was excellent, and it was very close to the Little Mermaid and Kastel. The staff was kind and welcoming, and the cherry on top was that the hotel has a swimming pool and a small sauna. There were plenty of towels available for guests at the pool, and the pool itself was incredibly clean and beautiful. You really don’t need to think twice — just book your stay at Adina!
