Cleanliness10.0

Cleanliness is mentioned positively (explicit 'Cleanliness' and multiple comments about clean, inviting public areas and rooms).

Service10.0

Staff repeatedly praised for warm, attentive, above-and-beyond service and efficient front desk; one isolated complaint about staff insisting on rental car keys but overall very strong service sentiment.

Location10.0

Location repeatedly described as perfect/unbeatable (right on the water/steps from canal and attractions, excellent views).

Room Quality8.6

Rooms are comfortable and well appointed with charming historic details, but several guests noted limited hanging/storage space, lack of shelving in bathroom, and at least one comment about uncomfortable sheets.

Amenities8.0

Breakfast and on-site restaurant are good, but guests reported no complimentary in-room water and being charged for bottled water; limited bathroom storage noted as an amenity shortfall.

Wonderful

Liked:Breakfast was really lovely. The hotel is perfectly located. Very happy.

Disliked:The room was smaller than I had last time and was in a different building to that which I had stayed before that overlooked Nyhavn. I could still see the water though which was nice.
