Dont Stay here

Liked:the location of hotel was nice

Disliked:management was rude, wouldnt even give me toilet paper after the house cleaning staff did not come through room. the entire hotel smells like BO and pot. there was even dog poop in the hallway

Picked the wrong hotel. Read website carefully!

Liked:price for room was very good location was great

Disliked:booked for 9 days. "Extended stay" with kitchen set-up but cabinets were empty. You're supposed to bring your own pots, pans, plates, utensils, ect.?? Room was darkly lit. We booked two queen bedroom suite (there was three of us) but they claimed to have overbooked and gave our room to someone else. We booked a full month in advance. My adult son had to sleep on a cot (and not a good one at that). We were not aware that hotel was pet friendly. Read the fine print on website. My wife and son are both allergic to dog hair. We had to book at another hotel. Management wouldn't or couldn't refund the balance.
