Disappointing

Liked:The positives for me were the staff and the location. Everything else was disappointing and not up to standard. The bathroom was not clean. Furniture was broken. There was no microwave in my room, and the WiFi was a nightmare.

Liked:Comfortable bed nice shower! It was clean and TV was a great size for room

Disliked:Nobody at the counter for coffee before I left. I really was looking forward to some Starbucks. Had coffee in the room.

Liked:The check in process was very easy and the front desk staff person was very polite and helpful.

Disliked:Checkout was less than I expect from Marriott. We checked out relatively early - just before 7AM. The front desk staff member did not ask how our stay was and if there was anything we needed. Also, coffee wasn't completely set up - no creamer, only 1 carafe of coffee(not labeled eg regular or decaf). No coffee lids. It seems as though the "little things" that make a guest return weren't consistently present.
