Disappointed, but a learning lesson for me

Liked:There is a bar with food available during certain times of the day. Food was pretty decent although expensive for being bar food.

Disliked:I wanted to stay downtown to walk to my son's USC graduation. They grossly inflate their prices during certain times of the year including graduation week. On top of that they charged me $13.00 daily parking in their lot. If you're going to charge me a thousand a night at least throw in a complimentary parking pass for god's sake. Not only that , but they didn't explain I was paying for parking until checking out. If I could do it again, I would stay a few miles down the road and take a taxi or uber around town and would have saved a lot of money. If money doesn't matter to you then this is the place to stay for sure. I would have gladly paid $200-$300 and not complained about the parking, but to gouge guests every chance you get I'd highly recommend staying somewhere other than downtown.
