The location and hotel were great but the customer service and cleanliness of the room where horrible. Ive never had to

Liked:The hotel itself was nice and in a good area. Also close to where I was going.

Disliked:I had to wait almost 2 hours to get checked into my rom because “no rooms are available to check into” My check in was at 4 and i didn’t get into my room until almost 6. I booked 2 queens and got checked into a king bedroom because they kept coming up with reasons as to why my room wasn’t ready and I couldn’t wait any longer. There was also hair all over the shower as if it hadn’t been cleaned and stains on the comforter.

Overall very good stay!

Liked:Staff was very nice and welcoming. Ate dinner at the hotel and food and service were great!

Disliked:The alarm in the room next to me went off for 20 minutes at 5:45 am.
