Disappointing

Liked:My Booking.com states in writing that breakfast was included in the final price. My final invoice includes the cost of my two breakfasts. My wife did not eat breakfast either day. I am requesting a refund for the charges related to my breakfasts.

Enjoyed Our Family Reunion at Hilton Garden Inn

Liked:The hotel staff was GREAT, except our maid. I think she did not speak English. The breakfast at the in-house restaurant was sooooooo Good! Portions exceeded expectation & staff was still friendly and accommodating even though they were overwhelmed with so many customers. The refrigerator went out our room & another was brought in within 30 minutes.

Disliked:We asked the maid to reclean the toilet and was told we needed to tell front desk. We went to store for cleaner to do ourselves. There was a bug (thought it was a booger) on side wall next to entrance door of room, was removed with Clorox wipe.

Disliked:My shower door would roll open while I showered. So water went all over the bathroom floor. I tried to figure it out but did not succeed. I did not tell anyone at the hotel. Room 329.
