Not worth the cost of $1200 for 3 nights considering the quality, lack of service and inconveniences.

Disliked:Hotel under remodel we discovered upon check in. Lobby with tarp in various places, mega AC units blowing air out of ducks. We had a malfunctioning AC night one (stuck at 76). Valet was “gone for that night” for the night second night at 9:30pm. Bathroom was dated and grungy. Lastly- we stayed 3 nights and never once had our room serviced and we left early and were gone all day. There was no mention or signage stating anything about every other day or as requested etc. We had to request new towels each night that piled up on the floor,

No AC and they still charged for a reservation that I never used.

Disliked:They had no A/C , I was advise they would cancel the reservation ( 2 rooms) since we had to look for another hotel. But they said since it was through booking it had to be initiated by booking. It was done, they never responded, I got charged for 2 rooms that I couldnt use since they AC broke

Wonderful service!

Liked:I stayed here for a business trip, and it was amazing. Although they are in the process of renovating, the experience was still top notch. The staff was very friendly and helpful being that I’m not a native. It’s right in the downtown so great food was close by. And the valet service was very amazing, convenient and timely! Overall, i had a great experience!
