Too many little things went wrong to make this a positive experience.

Liked:Proximity to the airport. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

Disliked:First thing we were hit with was a charge for parking. Wasn’t expecting that (and I specifically looked for properties with no parking costs). Getting into the WiFi was difficult (and I work in IT). Had to get help at the front desk. They explained their webpage isn’t very clear. I would agree 100%. The cable feed for the TV often freezes. Maybe it can’t figure out the WiFi either. Asked about breakfast since we had an early morning flight. Front desk said no problem and that they had to-go packages when we checked out. But when we left this morning, the new people at the front desk said they didn’t have any. So why tell guests that all they have to do is ask for one???
