Really super customer service but the facilities need serious attention.

Disliked:Sadly the rooms don't match the feel of the lobby and bar. Holes in the walls where they brought in tv cables, wires hanging from the TV, they put in new slider doors for the bathroom but didn't patch up the holes in the door frame from the old hardware. Little dings in the wall or trim edges need dressing up as well as rust spots in the bathroom. Just shabby and lazy "remodeling".
