Need better communication with the customer service team and customers.

Disliked:The check-in staff member was not very friendly and didn’t seem to want to be there. We requested a room that would accommodate my service animal and did not get a room that was appropriate for me or my dog. I had to walk to the exit to get to the outside when I was told my room had a patio leading to the outdoor area. She told me upon checking in this as well but this wasn’t true. Rooms were available to accommodate my request but I was not able to make any changes once I checked in. Very disappointed in the service I was provided. This was my only complaint.

A great choice for your events.

Liked:Recently conducted a business event in their ballroom space and I wish I could give them 6 stars. The facility is clean and updated and the staff is simply amazing. From the hotel manager to the cleaning staff. Everyone was professional, polite, efficient, and actually friendly. We will definitely be back again.

Good location and solid pick.

Liked:Staff is really good here. From the front desk to the bar area very accommodating and very helpful. Hotel could use a renovation, but it’s very clean and rooms are dated but bedding is good. Overall a solid pick still in Colorado Springs,
