Lovely area, quiet & close to the beach.

Liked:Great neighbourhood location. Very close to the beach & some shops & restaurants close by.

Disliked:The air conditioning wasn’t sufficient enough. Some areas of the cottage were not as clean as they should be. The sofa bed is well used & not comfortable.

Liked:Lovely accommodation, clean and comfortable. Owner was quick to respond when we had a question. Walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. I would recommend this place to stay, as long as you have a car.

Disliked:Driving distance away from the main shops, restaurants and beach. Air conditioning was very noisy!

The perfect house for a beach getaway!

Liked:This is our second time staying at the Downtown Cottage for Spring Break! We love this house, it's the perfect size for us and has everything you could need for a beach trip. Tye house is clean and decorated cute! It has comfy beds and extra linens! It's perfect to walk to local restaurants and shops and very close walking distance to the beach. The host is very responsive and helpful- we will definitely be back!

Disliked:There were a few things upon check in but nothing major! There was a broken screen door, missing lightbulb, and one of the tv remotes had dead batteries. Adam quickly remedied the situation when I messaged him and everything was great!
