Liked:The beach access was wonderful
Disliked:Throughout the week, there was no visible management present and several basic standards were not being maintained. Public trash cans overflowing on the property, the guest towels were not attended to, they were overflowing near the pool for 2 days. There is no complimentary coffee in the lobby. Guests are directed to purchase coffee from an unattended gift shop. Housekeeping was not consistent during our stay. We had to hunt someone down every day for clean towels, trash removal and shampoo. Most concerning, was the level of service at the front desk, particularly in our interactions with Madison. Each interaction lacked professionalism and basic hospitality. When we requested to be placed on the same floor as a family member due to last minute booking, the request was denied and dismissed multiple times without effort to assist. It was only after escalating the request that accommodations were made and even then, the interaxtion was handled with visible frustration and reluctance. Given that we had arrived lo g before check in, there was ample time to proactively address this request but, there was no attempt made to do so. Overall, we were made to feel like we were inconveniencing the staff rather than being welcomed as guests. As a business operator, it was clear to me that the GM was either out on vacation, checked out completely, or so understaffed that they cant care anymore. This was our fourth time on this property and it is sad to watch it deteriorating so quickly.

Liked:I love that it was close to the beach. And clean.
Disliked:Our dining experience was horrible. I believe here name was Anne from the restaurant who was really grumpy and passed a very hot plate to my husband. My children's plates were almost slammed to the table. She was very rude. But Leslie was a darling, she made us feel good afterwards. She is truly an asset to Hilton.
