Perfect place to stay on the beach!

Liked:Great apartment, great location, good communication with rental company

Disliked:Ice maker was broken, towel bar missing in master bathroom, conditioner dispenser missing in master bedroom, difficult transporting gear up & down all the steps

Everything needed for a great vacation is right there!

Liked:Beautiful condo with lots of living space, a fantastic view and only a few steps from the beautiful beach. Great location and parking included. The unit was clean, kitchen well equipped, everything was as described and the owner replied promptly to our questions. Great place for a great vacation.

Disliked:1. Air conditioning system is noisy for anyone sleeping in the 2nd bedroom; 2. The 2nd bedroom could use a ceiling fan like the one in the main bedroom.

Exceptional family vacation at Cocoa Beach

Liked:The entire experience was wonderful. This newly renovated apartment is divine, the decor so beachy that adds to the vacation experience. The host is incredibly thoughtful, they have a beach umbrella, beach chairs, boogie boards, books to read, board games to play. The location right on the beach - magical. And great restaurants and cafes and bars in the area, walking distance. Definitely want to come back again, great value for money for a family holiday.

Disliked:Nothing, everything was exceptional.
