We would definitely stay here again.

Liked:I really enjoyed the privacy yet how close it was to the beach. They have all your beach needs from a cooler, beach towels, beach umbrella, beach chairs, and a few beach boards. Having a grill at the location was great as well. Adam was great and so helpful with any questions I had.

Disliked:Everything was great.

Liked:Every facility had been thought of, including kitchen and bathroom essentials. The host's instructions and helpfulness were great. I'd recommend this place for location and a home from home.

Disliked:The air con machine was in a cupboard in the middle of the property and it was very noisy, it kept firing up to get to temperature then going off, the noise of which woke us up in the night on both nights. You can overlook that if you're used to air con machines though as everything else was well thought out.

Nice place, clean, comfortable, great location, very easy rental and interaction with hosts.

Liked:We were late in scheduling a stay in Cocoa Beach and were lucky to find this place. The location was within a few blocks of the beach and downtown Cocoa Beach activity, night life, restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere. The place itself was nicely updated and equipped with kitchen supplies, beach gear; extremely clean, and perfect for our trip. The value was superb.

Disliked:We knew we were renting a place a couple of blocks from the beach. Within walking distance to everything we needed, the location was great, and the value of the rental cannot be beat. We were surprised to find such a nice place, given the proximity to our booking date.
