Never again.

Liked:Closed. Arrived on the 1st August for a 2 week stay. No notice of its closure. So called Wyndam, no fs given.

DANGEROUS PARKING LOT - Negligent Management

Liked:DO NOT PARK THERE My car was vandalized and Parkingnearairports.io said it was the Hotel's responsibility and Wyndham said it was the Parking Company. A total scam. https://parkingnearairports.io/CLE/wyndham-cleveland-airport-cle.html The Police told us Theft and Vandalism is very frequent in that area and there had been 4 cars affected the same night as mine. It means the Hotel knows this is happening and they are doing nothing about it... I call that Negligence... See below email from Parking Company and The Hotel Hang up the phone on me. Worst stay ever!

Liked:This hotel is filthy. Our room did not have a security lock, sheets had stains along with a dusty bed ruffle, and the bed was broken. We slept in our clothes! Absolutely no customer service, night clerk was found napping in the permanently closed restaurant, luggage carts were disgustimg, the shuttle to the airport was in disrepair, old, with a cracked windshield and duct tape covering a hole on the outside. The driver was reckless. No management or parking lot security on site. Lobby floor was filthy, walls and floor around the elevators were disgusting. We would never recommend anyone to stay here. Worst hotel we have ever stayed in.
