A value stay

Liked:The hotel wasn’t far from the downtown core and it didn’t cost much to Uber there. The staff were quite outgoing and personable and breakfast being provided really did help get the day started without headaches. A big, open parking lot provided peace of mind so as to not having to worry about getting a ticket. Having a gym is great to keep those muscles fit and I especially loved those cubby chairs in the lobby — shaded, comfy and with a desk.

Disliked:Nothing really comes to mind in terms of negative aspects

As frequent Cleveland Clinic visitors, the hotel stay was a positive, cost-effective choice for us.

Liked:There were a variety of choices for the complimentary breakfast, and the dining area was nice with plenty of seating. The room was clean and spacious with plenty of towels in the bathroom. The room had plenty of electrical outlets. There was even a guest accessible laundry room on our floor which was nice. The parking area was convenient with no need for valet service.

Liked:The hotel is newer and clean looking. Staff friendly and helpful and polite. The bed was comfortable. Air conditioner worked well.Big bathroom and nice walk in shower. Soap and shampoo products provided. Plentiful food to pick from for breakfast. Hotel was easy to find.

Disliked:Not much around hotel to get something to eat.more like out of way.
