Super kind staff and clean spacious room

Liked:Room was fantastic for myself, my boyfriend, and pup! Was easy to walk to the Cleveland Clinic from the hotel. Parking was easy and the dog area was super close for when my pup conveniently needed to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. The staff was super friendly and were very accommodating! Will gladly stay here again in the future when I have more appointments. Room was very clean and had all the amenities we could possibly need.

A very nice place. Food at the bar needs to be served until 11 PM as advertised.

Liked:Friendly staff. Great lounge areas. Fully equipped kitchens in rooms.

Disliked:I arrived on a Sunday night. The hotel’s bar was supposed to serve food until 11:00 PM, but I was told at 9PM that the “kitchen was closed.” Surrounding restaurants in the neighborhood were also closed.

Great place to stay.

Liked:Great room - huge, very clean and comfortable. Hotel was in very good condition. The bar and café were nice. Associates were 1st class!
