They need to train their front desk agents better.

Disliked:The fact that I paid for this trip through Klarna, and I got charged the full amount of the trip on my card by the hotel by accident and now I’m still paying for the trip through Klarna too!!!! I cannot reach anyone at the actual property and I keep getting the run around. This is ridiculous. I want my money refunded to my card.
